About the Home Page
Purpose
The Home Page serves as the general introduction to the web site. The information provided here lets the typical new visitor get aquanted with the web site.
Elements
The navigation bar on the left shows the available catalog and/or text web pages.
On the right side of the Home page is the sidebar text element. This can show a text web page of the web adminstrators choice. This can be linked images or text pages.
There is additional documentation about the header, top navigation bar, and footer.
Advanced Options
The text that displays here is maintained with the HTML Text page. Select the Subject to "Default" and scroll down until the "Default" Topic shows, with consideration for the start/stop dates.

The navigation bar is constructed from the categories established on the administrative side of the web site.
The sidebar text is maintained with the HTML Text page. Select the "Default" Subject to display, scroll down until the Topic of "Default" shows, with a start and stop date that is active now.
